I tend to see problems as invitations - to collaborate, get creative, and find something better together on the other side. I've built my career in tech doing exactly that, working across Customer Success and Account Management to help teams and customers actually get where they're trying to go. I ask a lot of questions because I'm genuinely curious and because the best solutions usually live somewhere in the middle of a good conversation. I take my work (but not myself) seriously and try to have some fun along the way - because authenticity and a good laugh tend to make everything, including the hard stuff, a little better.
